Our policies and procedures are for the purpose of having a luxurious experience for all clients at LaryMedina Studio. We value you and your time and therefore ask that you respect others and their time as well. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING: -We accept payment in the form of credit/debit card, and exact amount in cash. -Please read service descriptions when booking appointments. Some of the services are add-ons and must be paired with a finishing style. To get assistance, please contact us. -All previous styles must be taken down before appointment; no exceptions. Service could be denied. -Come with hair detangled and ready for your service. -Tangled hair will incur a $50 up-charge per half hour. If detangling session is time-consuming, service can be terminated. -Major color services are not provided for new clients. Color consultations are required for such services as Full/Partial Highlights. However, new clients are free to book all other color services. THINGS TO KNOW AFTER BOOKING: -If appointment is not confirmed online, you will be contacted to confirm via text/phone call. -If appointment is canceled less than 48 hours of the appointment, there will be a cancellation fee of 30% of service price. -Failure to show up for your appointment will incur a no-show fee of 50% of service price. -Recording of appointment will be limited. Please ask your stylist what is okay to record and what is not. Before and after photos are perfectly fine. -You are welcome to help yourself to our complimentary drink/snacks. -Keep all belongings with you at all times. -Being 15 minutes late incurs a $25 late fee, as it affects your stylist and the experience of other clients. -If you will be more than 15 mins late, contact the salon to see if we can still service you. If so, a late fee will be applied. -Refusal to pay late fee will prevent you from booking future appointments. -Loud phone conversations are not permitted in the salon. Please be mindful of others. -Due to limited space, refrain from bringing extra guests. -We recommend not wearing electronic devices under the hooded dryer. If you decide to do so LaryMedina Studio will not be held liable if any adverse reactions occur. -If you’re sick, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. If you come in sick, your appointment could be terminated. -During your appointment ask your stylist which service you should book next. Simply text the service to (954) 998-3001 as well as your preferred date and time. Our staff will book the appointment for you. CHILDREN: – Service is provided to kids 10 years old and up. -Kids being serviced under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Do not drop off your child for their service. Be mindful of the child’s noise level and behavior while service is being provided. -If your child is 16 or older, please speak to the stylist if you will be dropping them off.
